This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.27415 of 2025, dated 03.10.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition till 02.11.2025 and thereafter, not complied with the condition; and that the investigation is yet to be concluded.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.27415 of 2025, dated 03.10.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
