ORDER

This petition is filed To modify the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.18579 of 2025 dated 29.10.2025 in Paragraph No.4 Sub Paragraph No.C of the order.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to health issues he was not able to appear before the Trial Court periodically. Hence, prays to modify the condition.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and the submissions made by the petitioner the condition imposed in Paragraph No.4 Sub Paragraph No.C of the order dated 29.10.2025 in Crl.MP.No.18579/2025 is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m. till the disposal of the Criminal appeal.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is ordered.
