ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner and his property in pursuant to the judgment and decree dated 15.06.2024 made in O.S.No.47 of 2022 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Tambaram.

2.On instructions, Mr.R.Ganesh Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that an enquiry was conducted by the second respondent based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and the same was closed.

3.Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
