In continuation of the order passed by this Court on 26.09.2025, the petitioner has filed the present petition to implead respondents 2 to 4 herein as proposed respondents 2 to 4, on behalf of the deceased sole respondent, viz., M.K.M.Dinesh, as respondents in the pending Crl.R.C.No.1035 of 2019.

2. Mr.S.Kaithamalai Kumaran, learned counsel for the respondents, has no objection to implead the proposed respondents 2 to 4.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered as prayed for.

4. Post the matter on 05.12.2025.
