ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22514 of 2025 dated 03.10.2025, passed by this Court to report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate on every Monday to Friday at 10.30 a.m., and before the respondent police on every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the only breadwinner of his family. If he does not attend his daily work, he and his family members would face great hardship. Hence, the present modification petition has been filed by the petitioner."

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition that '' the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of six weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation''. The other conditions imposed by the Court shall remain intact.

5. With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
