COMMON PRAYER : Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions filed under Sections 528 and 430 of BNSS to relax the condition imposed in para (v) of the Order dated 25.07.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.14515, 14500 and 14499 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.Nos.1033, 1034 & 1032 of 2025 respectively, that the second petition in Crl.M.P.No.23264 of 2025 and the petitioner in Crl.M.P.Nos.23266 and 23267 of 2025 shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calendar Month at 10.30.a.am. Until the dispose of the Revision Case and if he is not able to appear shall make arrangements to file an application under section 355 of BNSS and shall appear before the trial Court on any other day in lieu of the date of his absence, as directed by the trial Court and permit him to appear before the said Court as and when directed.
