This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order dated 16.08.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16067 of 2019.

2. This Court vide order dated 16.08.2021 directed the first respondent police, to expedite the investigation in Crime No.11 of 2019 and complete the same, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and further the first respondent police is directed not to harass the accused 2 to 4 who have not connected with the alleged transactions.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that, pursuant to the order of this Court, the investigating officer completed the investigation and also filed a final report before Judicial Magistrate Court No-II, Krishnagiri, through e-filing vide LTN No.20230001553C202500016, dated 06.12.2025.

4. Recording the above submission, this Contempt petition stands closed.
