The contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience by the respondents in not complying with the orders of this Court dated 20.11.2024 in W.P.No.32580 of 2024.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents informs the Court that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.32580 of 2024 has been complied with. He had also produced the Encumbrance Certificate dated 11.02.2026 relating to the subject property, before the Court.
