ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondent for his wilful disobedience to the orders of this Court in W.P.No.5123 of 2025 dated 14.02.2025 and 16.04.2025.

2. Learned State Counsel appearing for respondent informed the court that the orders dated 14.02.2025 and 16.04.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.5123 of 2025 has been complied with vide proceedings dated 20.05.2026 in Na.Ka.No.858/2024/J4, which was agreed to by the learned counsel for petitioner.

3. Recording the aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for respondent, this Contempt Petition is closed.
