ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.3360 of 2025 in Crime No.41 of 2025 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Vellore dated 24.10.2025 that "the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Judicial Magistrate I, Vellore daily at 10.30 a.m., on all working days until further 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore in Crl.M.P.No.3360 of 2025 dated 21.10.2025, is relaxed and that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
