ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to modify the condition that Para No.6(c) in Crl.O.P.No.28535 of 2025 dated 22.10.2025.

2. It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent that the petitioners have not complied with the conditions K.RAJASEKAR, J.

Crl.M.P.No.22117 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28535 of 2025 ssi not even a single day and without complying the conditions now they have approached this Court seeking modification of the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.28535 of 2025, dated 22.10.2025, on the ground that they are apprehensive of a threat to their life and has been receiving threatening calls, due to which, they are unable to comply with the condition.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, and also considering the nature of offences alleged against the petitioners, I am of the view that, the petitioners shall continue the conditions as ordered by this Court, hence, this Court is not inclined to modify the conditions imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.28535 of 2025 dated 22.10.2025

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed 24.11.2025 ssi To:
