ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.3403 of 2025 in Crime No.41 of 2025 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Vellore dated 24.10.2025 that "the petitioners shall appear and sign before the Judicial 1/4

Magistrate-I, Vellore daily at 10.30 a.m., on all working days until further orders".

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore with some conditions and in one of the condition that "the petitioners shall appear and sign before the Judicial Magistrate-I, Vellore daily at 10.30 a.m., on all working days until further orders from the next day of execution of bond before the Magistrate Court". He further submitted that the first petitioner is a cancer patient and in serious condition similarly second and third petitioners are aged persons having health issues due to which they are unable to comply with the said conditions. Hence, he prays to modify the same.

3. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the anticipatory bail condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3403 of 2025, dated 24.11.2025, passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore, as follows: "The petitioners shall appear and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Vellore once in a week i.e., on 2/4

every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation;

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands modified. 21.11.2025 ssi To:

1.The Principal Sessions Court, Vellore.

2.The Judicial Magistrate-I, Vellore.

3.The Sub-Inspector of Police AWPS, Vellore District, Tamil Nadu.
