Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in Crl.O.P.No.23705 of 2025 dated 28.08.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks which was imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.17779 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.23705 of 2025 dated 23.09.2025.

ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23705 of 2025 dated 28.08.2025 has been modified in Crl.M.P.No.17779 of 2025 dated 23.09.2025 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition modified by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.17779 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.23705 of 2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
