ORDER

This petition is filed to extend the time to deposit the conditional amount of Rs.3,00,000/- and to execute the sureties before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam as condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.18334 of 2025 in Crl.RC.No.1882 of 2025 vide order dated 06.10.2025 in S.T.C.No.612 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that they have complied with the conditional order passed by this Court and deposited the said amount and to that effect they have also produced the DD before this Court. However, he sought further time to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the

petitioner, time is granted for a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the orders passed by this Court.

4. Post the matter under the caption " for reporting compliance" on 28.01.2026.
