JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This intra-Court appeal has been directed against the order passed by the Writ Court dated 11.09.2024 made in W.P.No.15360 of 2017.
2. As against the very same order impugned herein, already, an intra-Court appeal has been filed in W.A.No.391 of 2026 by the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (Salem), who is one of the party in the writ petition and that writ appeal came to be dismissed by the order of the Division Bench dated 25.02.2026.
3. In view of the said order having been passed, as the order impugned has already been upheld by dismissing W.A.No.391 of 2026, we are not inclined to entertain the present writ appeal preferred by the State against the very same impugned order.
4. In that view of the matter, this writ appeal also stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.8004 of 2026 is closed.

5. It is clarified that, in the order impugned, since a direction has been given to consider the promotion of the writ petitioner by the official respondents therein in the writ petition, including the State Government and since the writ petitioner is an employee in the Transport Corporation of Salem District, that shall be construed as it was a direction given only against the said Transport Corporation of Salem District, who shall comply the order passed by the Writ Court through the order impugned within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if not already complied.
