2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), would submit that the petitioner is a history-sheeter and he was recently arrested in a POCSO case. He would further submit that only to keep the petitioner under nd surveillance, the 2 respondent police are calling him for an enquiry and other than that, they are not harassing the petitioner. nd

3. In view of the above submission, the 2 respondent police are directed not to unnecessarily summon the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed.
