ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 6(4) Scheduled Commodities (RDCS) order, 7(1)(a)(ii), Essential Commodities Act, 1955 in Crime No.148 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The earlier anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 31.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.29699 of 2025.

3. The earlier anticipatory bail application in Crl.O.P.No.29699 of 2025 dated 31.10.2025 was dismissed on the following grounds: "6. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, the co-accused already released on bail and one previous case is pending against the petitioner, quantity seized is also huge, the petitioner is having bad antecedents, and this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner."

4. Considering the facts, that there is no change in circumstances in this petition, and this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 2/4
