O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.10.2025 and consequently, to direct the first respondent to renew his lease over the property situated at KTDC Rain Drops Business Hotel, Door No.169/2, Greams Road, Chennai-600 006.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Since no adverse order has been passed as against the respondents herein, notice to them is

dispensed with.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the first respondent is the owner of the second respondent subject Hotel, in which, the petitioner is running a centre in the name and style of M/s.Sree Kerala Ayurvedic Health Centre, by paying rent regularly. He further submitted that though lease agreement was expired on 30.09.2024, the petitioner was permitted to run the centre till last month October 2025. He added that the petitioner made a representation to the first respondent on 27.10.2025 for renewal of lease agreement, while so, the second respondent issued a letter dated 06.11.2025 to the petitioner to vacate the subject premises without considering his representation and hence, the present Writ Petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.10.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
