ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the Civil Court for the appropriate relief. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.
2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the competent Civil Court to workout the remedy in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
