ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to take action against the respondents 5 and 6 and restrain the respondents 5 and 6 not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property. 2.

Heard Mr.D.Murugan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.L.Baskaran, learned Government Advocate[Crl Side] for Respondents 4 to 6.

In the considered view of this Court, this writ petition is totally misconceived. Respondents 1 to 4 have no power or jurisdiction to take action against respondents 5 and 6. If according to the petitioner the respondents 5 and 6 have exceeding their powers, the petitioner can only seek for an appropriate direction before the concerned authority and the present writ petition is not maintainable.

In view of the above, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
