ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the 1st respondent to pass suitable orders in the appeal in accordance with section 14 of the Tamil Nadu Home Guards Act 1963 preferred by the petitioner and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law within the period that may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court..
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition,
the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner on 23.05.2025, after affording the petitioner an opportunity of personal hearing, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
