..Respondent(s) PRAYER:- Application has been to amend the order dated 06.03.2025 instead of the first petitioner is the nephews son of the testator through his sister and the second petitioner is the wife of the nephew through his sister as the first petitioner is the nephew of the testator through his sister and the second petitioner is the wife of the nephew through his sister and in the certificate of letters of administration instead of as sisters grandson and grand daughter in law reads as sister's son and daughter in law.

ORDER

The present application has been filed to amend the order dated 06.03.2025 instead of the first petitioner is the nephews son of the testator through his sister and the second petitioner is the wife of the nephew through his sister as the first petitioner is the nephew of the testator through his sister and the second petitioner is the wife of the nephew through his sister and in the certificate of letters of administration instead of as sisters grandson and grand daughter in law reads as sister's son and daughter in law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and perused the materials available on record before this Court.

3. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this Application and being satisfied with the same, the Application is ordered as prayed for.

4. As a corollary, the Registry is directed to amend the order dated 06.03.2025 as found in the 3rd line of the paragraph 1 of the order by deleting the sentence starting with "The first petitioner is the nephews son of the testator through his sister and the second petitioner is the wife of the nephew through his sister" and replace the same with "The first petitioner is the nephew of the testator through his sister and the second petitioner is the wife of the nephew

through his sister" and further in the certificate of letters of administration instead of "as sisters grandson and grand daughter in law" reads as sister's son and daughter in law. and issue a fresh order copy and certificate of Letters of Administration to the petitioner.
