This petition is filed to condone the delay of 189 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.E.Veda Bagath Singh, learned Special Government Pleader for the petitioners, Mr.G.Bala, learned counsel for respondents 1 to 35 and Mr.S.Gopinathan, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 36 and 37.

The delay is 189 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 189 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
