ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation 29.08.2025 with request to reinstate the petitioner in service, in the light of G.O.81, Human Resources Management (H) Department, dated 04.08.2022

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.08.2025, seeking reinstatement of service, in the light of G.O.81, Human Resources Management (H) Department, dated 04.08.2022 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and giving him personal opportunity of hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
