ORDER

Today, this matter has been listed under the caption "For Being Mentioned".

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that due to typographical error, in the order dated 20.11.2025, at prayer portion and paragraph Nos.1 & 3, the survey numbers were wrongly mentioned as S.F.No.71/2 instead of S.F.No.71/3. Hence, he requests this Court to rectify the same.

3. In view of the above, the prayer and paragraph Nos.1 & 3 of the said order read as follows:

Prayer portion:

"Prayer: .............and register the settlement deed dated 11.07.2022 presented by the petitioners pertaining to S.F.No.71/3, Thoppampatti Village, Pollachi Taluk, Coimbatore District. "

P a ragraph Nos.1 & 3:

"This writ petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the second respondent in Ref.No.86/2022 dated 16.09.2025 and quash the same,

consequentially directing the second respondent to receive and register the settlement deed dated 11.07.2022 presented by the petitioners pertaining to S.F.No.71/3, Thoppampatti Village, Pollachi Taluk, Coimbatore District.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the property comprised in S.No.71/3 to an extent of 3 acre, situated at Thopampatti Village, Pollachi Taluk, Coimbatore District belongs to first petitioner's wife. ................."

4. With regard to the remaining portion of the order, there is no need for any modification.

5. The Registry is directed to make necessary corrections in terms of the Order and issue a fresh order copy.
