ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction for the provision of an alternative site instead of the land acquired by the respondents from the petitioner.

2. From the averments in the affidavit and the documents enclosed 2/5

with the writ petition, it is evident that the compensation was determined in relation to the acquisition of the petitioner's land. A reference was also made to the Subordinate Judge, Perambalur on account of the petitioner not being satisfied with the compensation determined earlier. The said petition was rejected by order dated 20.12.2024.

3. Given these developments, it is not open to the petitioner to seek an alternative land at this juncture. Instead, by leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge order dated 20.12.2024 in L.A.O.P.No.101 of 2012 in accordance with law, W.P.No.44418 of 2025 is disposed of .
