Pugalendhi v. J. Kumaresan

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 82 days in filing the above Appeal Suit.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Despite service of notice, respondents 1 and 3 to 7 have neither appeared in person nor through counsel. The second respondent, though having entered appearance, has not filed any counter affidavit till date and there is no representation on behalf of the second respondent when the matter is called today.

4. Considering the reasons assigned by the petitioner in paragraph 7 of the affidavit filed dated 22.09.2025 in support of the petition, and this Court being satisfied with the same, the petition deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
