ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 4th respondent to issue Site Visit Certificate to the petitioner in respect of the eTender Notice No.47/CE/DO/2025-26, dated 11.11.2025 insofar as S. No.6 work is concerned for construction of 10 class rooms, 1 Boys and 1 Girls Toilet in Government Arts College (A), Salem and consequently direct the third respondent to accept the petitioner's Tender Application and to evaluate the same in e-Tender Notice No.47/CE/DO2025-26, dated 11.11.2025 insofar as S. No.6 work is concerned.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the Site Visit Certificate will be issued to the petitioner by the 4th respondent on 29.11.2025 before 05.00 p.m. 2/4

3. Heard the leaned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. In view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the 4th respondent to issue Site Visit Certificate to the petitioner in respect of the aforesaid application by 29.11.2025 before 5.00 p.m.
