ORDER

Today, the matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that some error has been crept in paragraph Nos.4 (a) & (b) of the order dated 24.11.2025. The said paragraph

Nos.4(a) & (b) are to be replaced as follows: "4....

(a) the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only), to the credit of Spl.S.C.No.55 of 2020 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Magalir Neethimandram, Krishnagiri, Krishnagiri District, without prejudice to his defence, within a period of six weeks from the date of release. Failing which, the suspension of sentence shall stand cancelled automatically. (b) the petitioner /accused is ordered to be released on bail, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Magalir Neethimandram, Krishnagiri, Krishnagiri District."

3. Registry is directed to incorporate the above paragraph Nos.4(a) & (b) quoted above and issue fresh order copy to the parties forthwith.
