Prayer : Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking in (i) W.P.Crl.No.1439 of 2025 - a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the respondent herein made in Provisional Attachment Order No.16 of 2025 dated 10.9.2025 emanating from F. No. ECIR/CEZO/I/09/2017, quash the same as being arbitrary, without jurisdiction and further direct the said respondent to lift the attachment with respect to the properties of the petitioners referred at S. No. S. No. 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 of the Table of immovable properties and S. No. 1 and 2 of the Table depicting bank accounts set out in the impugned order;
(ii) W.P.Crl.No.1425 of 2025 - a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the respondent herein made in Provisional Attachment Order No.16 of 2025 dated 10.9.2025 emanating from F. No. ECIR/CEZO/I/09/2017, quash the same as being arbitrary, without jurisdiction and further direct the said respondent to lift the attachment with respect to the properties of the petitioner referred at S. No. 3 of the Table of immovable properties and S. No. 5 of the Table depicting bank accounts and Sl. No.2, 3 and 4 depicting fixed deposits set out in the impugned order; and (iii) W.P.Crl.No.1442 of 2025 - a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the respondent herein made in Provisional Attachment Order No.16 of 2025 dated 10.9.2025 emanating from F. No.
ECIR/CEZO/I/09/2017, quash the same as being arbitrary, without jurisdiction and further direct the said respondent to lift the attachment with respect to the properties of the petitioner reflected at S. No. 15 and 16 of the Table of immovable properties and S.No. 3 and 4 of the Table depicting bank accounts and S. No. 1 of the Table depicting fixed deposits set out in the impugned order.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Though number of grounds have been urged to assail the correctness and validity of the impugned order, considering that the impugned order is subject to confirmation by the adjudicating authority, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petitions.
2. Petitions are, accordingly, dismissed with liberty to submit objection, if any, before the adjudicating authority. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the interim applications are also dismissed.
