ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.341 of 2023 before the jurisdictional court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the case which was pending before the respondent Police has https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

CRL OP No. 31412 of 2025 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J., vum now been transferred to Alamangalam Police Station, Tiruvannamalai District and thereby, he submitted that it would require at least six months to complete investigation.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition arraying the Inspector of Police, Alamangalam Police Station, Tiruvannamalai District as respondent. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle seeking permission to withdraw this petition.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
