2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly; and that the investigation is yet to be concluded.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.27238 of 2025, dated 03.10.2025 is relaxed, however the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
