This petition is filed to condone the delay of 96 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioners prays that notice to the 1st respondent may be dispensed with and also made an endorsement to that effect. Recording the same, notice to the first respondent is dispensed with. There is no representation on the side of the second respondent.
3. This court is satisfied with the reasons attributed in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is ordered.
4. The Registry is directed to number C.M.A.Sr. No.184128 of 2025, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same in the usual course.
5. It is made clear that the petitioners will not be entitled for any interest for the default period, if in the event of this Court enhancing the amount of compensation fixed by the Tribunal.
