ORDER
This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the third respondent dated 04.12.2014 and the order passed by the second respondent dated 05.03.2021.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. Though this writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the third respondent dated 04.12.2014 and confirmed by the order passed by the second respondent dated 05.03.2021, the petitioner filed a review/mercy petition before the first respondent and it is pending.
4. Therefore, when the review/mercy petition is pending on the file of the first respondent, this writ petition is not maintainable challenging the orders under review.
5. In view of the above, the writ petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed. However, the first respondent is directed to pass orders on the review/mercy petition submitted by the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
