ORDER
The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Section 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B) NDPS Act, in Crime No.274 of 2024, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter taken up for hearing today, the learned Government
Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent reported that this is the third anticipatory bail application and the earlier two anticipatory bail applications filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court on 12.02.2025 in Crl.OP.No.2006 of 2025 and on 21.08.2025 in Crl.OP No.9293 of 2025 respectively.
3. Now, the petitioner has filed the present anticipatory bail application without any change in circumstances is not entertainable. Since, there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
