ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a direction directing the 1st respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner while fencing his property comprised in S.No.105/6B1 measuring to an extent of 0.20.0 hectares and S.No.105/5D2 measuring to an extent of 0.10.0 hectares situated at Thorappalli Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District, as per the survey conducted by the 2nd respondent on 21.08.2025, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.10.2025 within a stipulated period. 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the first respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry after issuing a notice to the petitioner as will as the respondents 4 to 6 and to take appropriate action on the representation made by the petitioner dated 15.10.2025, in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The Writ Petition (Criminal) is disposed of accordingly.
