(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard.

2. This public interest litigation has been filed by the petitioner alleging that respondent No.5 is running a restaurant without having

proper fire safety measures. The petition is vague and does not refer to any provision of law or regulatory regime under local laws as to what kind of permission respondent No.5 is required to obtain before establishing the restaurant.

The writ petition is dismissed with liberty to file proper petition. There shall be no order as to costs.
