O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.09.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsels on either side. With the consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing at the admission stage itself. Since no adverse order has been passed as against the fourth respondent, notice to him is dispensed with.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is working as a Driver in the respondent Corporation and discharging his duties sincerely from the date of his appointment. He continued that due to his ill-health conditions, the petitioner requested for alternate posting/lighter duty, however due to vengeance, he was allotted hectic duties. He added that the petitioner sent a representation dated 17.09.2025 to conduct a detailed enquiry into the misuse of power and corruption by the fourth respondent herein in Tirupur Region and to take disciplinary action against the erring officials/employees, who involved in malpractice, favouritism and corruption, but the same was not considered till date and hence, the present Petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 17.09.2025 and to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no orders as to costs.
