ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioners' representation dated 14.02.2025 and change the patta in their favour for the property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition.

2. The petitioners seek for a change of classification of the subject patta pertaining to the property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, and for the said purpose, they had submitted a representation dated 14.02.2025 to the respondents 1 to 3. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, they have filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.

4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents 1 to 3 if they are directed to consider the petitioners' representation dated 14.02.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing objections if any from the neighbouring land owners, and any other party whom they deem fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- __________Page 2 of 4

(a) The third respondent is directed to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioners' representation dated 14.02.2025 seeking for change of classification of subject patta pertaining to the property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, after hearing objections if any from the neighbouring land owners, and any other party, whom they deem fit to enquire.

(b) The third respondent is directed to complete the aforesaid exercise within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
