This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondents for deliberately, wilfully disobeying the order passed in W.P.No. 189 of 2020 dated 05.10.2023. 2.Mr.V.Manoharan, learned Additional Government Pleader produced the proceedings dated 23.01.2026 in compliance of the order passed in the Writ Petition. A copy of the same has also been served on the petitioner. 3.As the order has been issued by sanctioning the increments as directed, I feel that the compliance can be recorded and further action in this Contempt Petition is dropped.
