ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr. A. Sivakumar, Inspector of Police, Koradachery Police Station, was present before this Court and the affidavit of the Inspector of Police has also been filed. The relevant portion of the affidavit is extracted hereunder:- "12. I respectfully submit that, upon completion of a detailed and elaborate investigation, a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Needamangalam, Tiruvarur District, through e-filing on 20.01.2026 vide LTN20220002171C2026000045 and the same is taken on file and assigned with C.C.No.13 of 2026. The next date of hearing is on 18.02.2026 for appearance of accused."
