ORDER

This civil revision petition is filed seeking a direction to the District Munsif, Dharapuram, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.248 of 2022.

2. The petitioner is the second defendant in the suit. The first respondent/plaintiff filed a suit for permanent injunction restraining the petitioner and other respondent from interfering with the alleged possession over the suit property.

3. A perusal of the adjudication notes filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that the pleadings of the parties are already completed and issues have been framed as early as 2024. Thereafter, there is no substantial progress in the case and the trial has not yet commenced.

4. Taking into consideration that the suit is of the year 2022 and issues were framed as early as on 29.08.2024, this Court is inclined to direct the District Munsif, Dharapuram, to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
