2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and thereby, time is extended by one week to the petitioner to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court vide order dated 26.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.21819 of 2025, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order .
