O R D E R

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners pending in STC. No.3982 of 2024, on the file of the learned V Fast Track Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is only a nominal Director in the company and she is also not the signatory of the cheques in question.

3.Upon perusal of the records, finding that STC is of the year 2024, when this Court posed a question to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, she submitted that the case now stands listed for arguments. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to interdict with the proceedings at this stage.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions stand closed. 03.12.2025 ssa 2/4
