The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 120B, 420, 170, 387 and 506(ii) of IPC in Cr.No.916 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner herein, along with others, is alleged to have cheated the defacto complainant to the tune of Rs.2crores by way of job racketing, which led to the registration of the FIR. Hence, the present case.

3. This is the fourth anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner. Earlier, this Court had dismissed his petitions twice on merits and, even thereafter, without any change in circumstances, the petitioner has again approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation in this case is still 2/4

pending, and therefore, the petitioner may be directed to surrender before the Investigation Officer. Hence, he vehemently opposed the grant of anticipatory bail.

5. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

6. Taking the overall circumstances into consideration, and in view of the fact that the present anticipatory bail petition has been filed without any change in circumstances, and considering the submissions made on either side, I am inclined to direct the petitioner to surrender before the Investigation Officer. Further, the Registry is directed not to entertain any further anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner unless there is a change in circumstances.
