This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by the order dated n 03.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.27152 of 2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27152 of 2025 dated 03.10.2025, is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
