ORDER

In this writ petition, the petitioner seeks for implementation of the order dated 03.03.2023 passed by the Madurai Bench of this Court in W.P. (MD) No.4458 of 2023.

2. On the last hearing date, i.e., on 24.11.2025, the learned counsel for the petitioner was directed to produce the copy of the order dated 03.03.2023 passed by the Madurai Bench of this Court in W.P. (MD) No.4458 of 2023. Today, the said order has been placed on record by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. It was made clear in the earlier order dated 24.11.2025 passed in this writ petition that if the order dated 03.03.2023 passed by the Madurai Bench of this Court in W.P. (MD) No.4458 of 2023 has been disobeyed, the only recourse available to the petitioner is to file a contempt petition.

4. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's case. In view of the fact that the petitioner is seeking

implementation of the order dated 03.03.2023 passed by the Madurai Bench of this Court in W.P. (MD) No.4458 of 2023, the only recourse available to the petitioner is only to file a contempt petition for non implementation of the aforesaid order by filing a contempt petition before the Madurai Bench of this Court and not before the Principle Seat of this Court.

5. After recording the aforesaid facts, this writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to file a contempt petition if so advised for the alleged disobedience of the order dated 03.03.2023 passed by the Madurai Bench of this Court in W.P. (MD) No.4458 of 2023 before the Madurai Bench of this Court. No Costs.
