ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 06.08.2025 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 190, 191(2) and 191(3) of BNS Act, in Crime No.207 of 2025, seeks bail.

2. Earlier, this Court dismissed the bail petition in Crl.OP.No.29965 of 2025 dated 04.11.2025 on the following reasons: "Considering the motive behind the occurrence and the fact that it is a case of retaliatary murder and the investigation is pending, if the petitioner is released on bail, there is a likelihood that the petitioner will hamper the investigation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner."

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, though it is stated that investigation completed and the charge sheet filed, considering the motive behind the occurrence and the fact that it is a case of retaliation murder, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to

the petitioner.
