ORDER
The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 30.03.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 332, 307 of IPC r/w 9B(1)(b) Exp Act, 1978, in Crime No.296 of 2009, registered on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. This Court has dismissed the bail application of the petitioner vide 1/3
order dated 26.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.26781 of 2025 on the following reasons: K. RAJASEKAR, J.
rna "4. Considering the facts of the case, the charges against the petitioner, the petitioner has absconded for more than four years and taking note of the fact that the case being 16 years old case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner."
3. Considering the bail application, there is no change in circumstances in this case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
