When the Contempt Petition is taken for hearing today, the learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent would submit that the order of this Court dated 27.08.2024 in W.P.No.33923 of 2023, has been complied with.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, as the respondent authority has now complied with the order of this Court dated 27.08.2024, though with a delay, this Court is of the view that there is no need to proceed further. Accordingly, the contempt case is closed.
